Important Information

Use

The clubhouse can be used for not-for-profit events hosted by Dakota Ridge Village residents. It is not open to the general public.

Reservations

Reservations must be made at least 14-days in advance and are available a maximum of 90-days into the future.

Fees

There is a refundable $500 cleaning deposit.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $25 fee if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to event.

Find an open time block in our Community Calendar for the clubhouse.

3. Make a check payable to Dakota Ridge Village Community Association. Send the signed check and the signed contract to this address:
