The Terraces
Important:
No private parties are permitted on the Terraces - either by the firepit or adjacent to the Community Center. This means no graduation, birthday, anniversary, or any other private event. No decorations are permitted. No exceptions to this rule. Violators will be fined.

Firepit
Firepit Operating Instructions
The firepit will only function between 6 AM and 9 PM. It will shut off at 9 PM if it is on.
The Terraces Rules
There are no reservations for any part of The Terraces including the fire pit, grill and Bocce court. This is community shared space.
The Terraces is for Dakota Ridge Village residents and their guests.
No one under the age of 18 years of age without an accompanying adult.

The Terraces is closed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not use the area during these hours.
Please be respectful of the nearby neighbors.
Clean the grill before each use and and wash the outside after each use. Please share the grill if there is more than one party that wants to use it.
Immediately report any safety issues.
No bicycles, skateboards, etc. are allowed at the clubhouse, The Terraces or the surrounding walkways.
Bocce Court
Here is how to play Bocce ball.
Bring your own Bocce balls (BYOBB). They can be bought anywhere if you don't have a set : Amazon, Target, etc.
If you have a cornhole set, the court is a great area for cornhole too.
